Six horse races. Five of them are qualifiers, one is the final. Every race runs a field of fifteen horses, and you get a horse by grabbing a pull tab.
Pick any of the five qualifying races. Enter as many as you like, as many times as you like — there is no cap.
Winning tabs are allocated a horse in that race. Which tabs get a horse is pure chance — nobody can pick or predict it.
The horses that come 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each qualifier send their tab holders through to the final.
Three from each qualifier fills all fifteen horses in the final. One race, one winner, one cruise.
Two premium races where every tab is guaranteed a horse, two mid-tier races, and one wide-open race with the lowest entry on the board.

In Races 1 and 2 there are exactly as many tabs as horses, so every tab is a horse. In Races 3, 4 and 5 there are more tabs than horses — fifteen tabs get a horse and the rest return nothing. Straight up: 205 of the 280 tabs do not get a horse.
Three qualifiers from each of the five races fills the field. Fifteen horses, one race, and whoever holds the winning horse is going on the cruise. Every qualifying tab earns its own horse in the final, so if you qualify twice you run twice.
All times are Central Time. The whole thing starts and finishes inside one week, and the last step is the one to pay attention to.
All five qualifying races go on sale at once. Races close early if every tab in them sells out, so the Guaranteed races can go fast.
All six races are run during the live Ruby Bingo broadcast — the two Guaranteed races first, then the Contenders, then The Open, then the Cruise Final.
The winning username is called on stream and the claim message goes out within the hour. Second and third place are put on standby at the same time.
The winner confirms they will travel and hands over their travel details. If they decline or cannot be reached, the prize moves down the finishing order the same night.
There are roughly three and a half hours between the final race finishing and the 11:59pm CT deadline. That deadline is set by the cruise operator's booking requirements and cannot be extended for any reason. If you are in this tournament, make sure you are contactable on Thursday night.
The full terms are at the bottom of this page. These are the six things worth knowing before you enter.
There is no cap. Grab as many tabs in a race as you like, up to the number available. Five tabs in a Guaranteed race is a third of the field, and if two of your horses finish top three you carry two horses into the final.
You can grab a tab, get a horse, qualify and win without being at the session. Results stand either way. What you do need is to be reachable on Thursday night to claim.
A Guaranteed tab is one clean run at the race. Ten Open tabs is ten long shots. What changes between the races is how the ride feels, not what your Emeralds are getting you.
If a race does not sell out, the unfilled horses still run — unassigned. If a house horse places top three, that qualifying spot passes down to the next player-held horse. No horse is scratched and no field is shortened.
The cruise is offered to second place, then third, and onward down the final race's finishing order until someone accepts. Every step has to happen before 11:59pm CT.
No cash, no Emeralds, no substitute. Anyone who declines, forfeits or gets passed over receives nothing in its place. The cruise either gets used or it does not.
A chance at a horse in that race. In the two Guaranteed races every tab is a horse. In the Contenders and The Open, fifteen tabs get a horse and the rest return nothing.
Then that tab is done — no horse and no other prize. We would rather tell you that up front than have you find out on the night.
Yes, all five if you want, and as many tabs in each as you like up to the number available. There is no cap on how many horses you can carry into the final.
No. You can win without being there. But you do need to be reachable between the final race and 11:59pm CT, because that is when the prize has to be claimed.
The cruise passes to the next player down the final race's finishing order. There is no cash or Emerald alternative, so if the dates do not work for you it is worth thinking about that before you enter.
No. You make your own way to Long Beach, Los Angeles for 24 October. Gratuities, onboard purchases, excursions and travel insurance are also on you.
Your full legal name as it appears on your travel documents, date of birth, phone number, mailing address, your Ruby Bingo username, and your travelling companion's full legal name, date of birth and passport details.
Ruby Bingo players aged 21 or over, where the promotion is not prohibited by law. Cruise eligibility, including any minimum age, is set by the cruise operator.
These are the same tickets that went up on Bingo Game 6 on 20 August. That winner took the 1,000 Emerald alternative instead, so the tickets were never claimed. The Emerald alternative is not available this time.
Empty spots run as unassigned house horses so the field stays at fifteen. If a race sells too few tabs to run credibly, we can consolidate or cancel it and refund those tabs in full.
Guaranteed entry from 50 Emeralds, or take your shot in The Open from 5. Tabs close 8:00pm CT Thursday 27 August.

2nd Chance Bingo Cruise Horse Race Tournament — Thursday 27 August 2026.
The winner of the Bingo Cruise Tickets, (one winner, receiving two tickets) (Valued at $3,940 USD) will be available to win in the 2nd Chance Bingo Cruise Horse Race Tournament on our Bingo Stream on Thursday the 27th of August 2026. These are the same tickets offered on Bingo Game 6 on the 20th of August 2026, which were not taken up by the winner of that promotion, and the 1000 Emerald alternative offered under that promotion is not available in this Tournament. To win the Bingo Cruise, (8-Day Mexican Riviera Cruise October 24 - November 1, 2026 on the Bingo Bugle Cruise) an individual must win the final race of the Tournament.
The Tournament consists of six horse races, being five qualifying races and one final race, and every race runs a field of fifteen horses. Entry to each qualifying race is by purchase of a pull tab. Race 1 (Emerald Guaranteed Horse I) has 15 pull tabs and 15 horses at 50 Emeralds each. Race 2 (Emerald Guaranteed Horse II) has 15 pull tabs and 15 horses at 50 Emeralds each. Race 3 (Contender I) has 50 pull tabs and 15 horses at 15 Emeralds each. Race 4 (Contender II) has 50 pull tabs and 15 horses at 15 Emeralds each. Race 5 (The Open) has 150 pull tabs and 15 horses at 5 Emeralds each.
In Races 1 and 2 every pull tab purchased is allocated a horse. In Races 3, 4 and 5 there are more pull tabs than horses, so fifteen pull tabs in each of those races are allocated a horse and all remaining pull tabs return no horse and no other prize, being 35 of 50 pull tabs in Race 3, 35 of 50 in Race 4, and 135 of 150 in Race 5. Which pull tabs are allocated a horse, and which horse, is determined by the pull tab mechanic and is a matter of chance, and no individual can select, influence or predict the outcome.
In each of the five qualifying races the individuals holding the pull tabs allocated to the horses finishing first, second and third qualify for the final race, and each qualifying pull tab is allocated one horse in the final race, giving a field of fifteen horses in the final. An individual may purchase any number of pull tabs in any race up to the number available in that race, and may hold more than one horse in a race, may qualify more than one horse to the final race, and may hold more than one horse in the final race. No cap applies. Finishing positions in every race are determined solely by the outcome of the race and are final.
Pull tabs are available for purchase from 7:00pm Monday 24th of August Central Time 2026 until 8:00pm Central Time on Thursday the 27th of August 2026, or until all pull tabs in a race are sold, whichever occurs first, and all six races will be run during the live Bingo Stream broadcast on Thursday the 27th of August 2026 commencing at approximately 8:00pm Central Time. The winner of the Cruise does not have to be at the live session to purchase a pull tab, to be allocated a horse, to qualify for the final race, or to win, and race results apply regardless of attendance, however the winner must be reachable on the night in order to claim the prize.
The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize and provide their contact details by 11:59pm Central Time on Thursday the 27th of August 2026. This deadline is fixed by the cruise operator's booking requirements and cannot be extended for any reason, and the prize cannot be awarded to any individual after it passes. Individuals are placed on notice that the period between the conclusion of the final race and this deadline is approximately three and a half hours and should ensure they are contactable during that period.
To claim, the winner must confirm that they will travel on the cruise and provide their full legal name as it appears on their travel documents, date of birth, contact telephone number, mailing address, their Ruby Bingo username, and the full legal name and date of birth of their travelling companion as well as passport details. Ruby Bingo may accept confirmation given live on the broadcast, in the live stream chat, by in-app message, by email, or by any other means Ruby Bingo reasonably designates on the night, and may contact an individual by any contact method associated with their Ruby Bingo account, with any message deemed delivered when sent.
If the winner declines the prize, states that they are unable to travel, cannot be reached, or does not confirm acceptance and provide their details by the deadline, they forfeit the prize entirely and receive nothing in its place. Where the winner forfeits the prize, the prize is offered to the individual holding the pull tab allocated to the horse finishing second in the final race, then third, and thereafter successively down the finishing order of the final race until an individual accepts the prize or until the deadline passes, whichever occurs first.
Because the deadline falls on the same night, Ruby Bingo may specify a response window of not less than twenty minutes for each individual offered the prize, and an individual who does not respond within the window stated to them forfeits and the prize passes down the order. Ruby Bingo may contact several individuals in the finishing order at the same time, including before knowing whether a higher placed individual will accept, and may request contact and travel details from individuals in advance of any offer being made to them. Being contacted, or providing details on request, does not constitute an offer or an award of the prize, and the prize is awarded only to the highest placed individual who accepts before the deadline. Ruby Bingo may conduct any part of this process live on the broadcast.
There is no cash alternative, no Emerald alternative and no substitute prize of any kind, and no individual who forfeits, declines, is not reached, or is passed over in the finishing order receives Emeralds, cash or any alternative prize. If no individual accepts the prize before the deadline the prize is not awarded and Ruby Bingo retains it.
Where fewer pull tabs are purchased than there are horses in a race, the unallocated horses run as unassigned house horses, and where an unassigned house horse finishes in the top three of a qualifying race that qualifying position passes to the pull tab holder of the next placed player held horse, and where an unassigned house horse finishes first in the final race the prize is offered beginning with the highest placed player held horse. No horse is scratched and no race is shortened. Where purchases in a race are insufficient for the race to be run, Ruby Bingo may cancel that race and refund in full the Emeralds paid for pull tabs in it, or consolidate it with another race on notice to affected individuals. Emeralds paid for pull tabs are consumed on purchase and are not refundable except where Ruby Bingo cancels a race or cancels the Tournament, and no refund is due in respect of a pull tab that is not allocated a horse, a horse that does not qualify, a horse that does not win, or an individual who forfeits the prize.
The individual who wins the Cruise must make their own way to the departure location (Long Beach, Los Angeles California) leaving on October 24th, and travel to and from the port is not included in the prize. The individual shall be responsible for their own compliance with the cruise rules and travel requirements, including passports, visas, identification and any health requirements. The individual is also responsible for any additional costs associated with the cruise, including but not limited to gratuities, onboard purchases, excursions, and travel insurance. Cruise eligibility (including minimum age requirements) is subject to the terms of the third-party cruise operator. Ruby Bingo is not the provider of the cruise and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, cancellation, alteration or insolvency of the cruise operator, and where the cruise operator refuses or cancels travel for any reason the individual has no claim against Ruby Bingo and no alternative prize is provided.
Bingo Cruise Tickets awarded in this promotion cannot be transferred, assigned, sold, exchanged or offered for resale, and pull tabs, horses and qualifying positions likewise cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged between individuals. The winner consents to Ruby Bingo announcing their Ruby Bingo username in connection with the Tournament on stream and across Ruby Bingo channels. Personal details collected are used solely to book and issue the cruise tickets and are handled in accordance with Ruby Bingo's Privacy Policy, and details collected from individuals who do not go on to accept the prize are deleted once the prize is awarded or the deadline passes. The individual is responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of the prize.
Ruby Bingo may cancel, suspend or amend this promotion at any point if misuse, manipulation, collusion, multiple account activity, technical fault or any circumstance affecting the fair operation of the Tournament occurs, and may disqualify any individual it reasonably believes has breached these terms or acted in bad faith and withhold the prize from that individual. Where the Tournament is cancelled before the races are run, Emeralds paid for pull tabs will be refunded in full. Ruby Bingo's decisions in connection with the Tournament are final and binding.
